The part was shipped the next day and arrived in California a week or so later. The box was dented slightly, but there was plenty of padding inside. The crisper cover was a perfect fit. My biggest problem was removing the cracked piece it replaced. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a how-to video for this model - LFXS29766S. [In short: In addition to the glass on top, the entire 3-drawer crisper unit had to be removed. To do that, the storage unit and shelves in the right side door had to be removed. (A lot of food and beverages had to be taken out of the fridge.) Then, it was a matter of removing the screws and prying the tabs that attach the crisper cover to the underlying frame.]. While I replaced the crisper cover, my wife cleaned the glass and all the drawers, and she is now very happy.
