I had two bulb-lights burn out on my cook-top vent hood about three months apart. The first replacement worked. The second one did not. When I notified Unlimited Appliance Parts, they asked for the model number and serial number of the vent hood. After I provided the information, they refunded my money and I ordered another bulb-light that worked. The process took longer than I would have liked, but I am satisfied with the results.
